3. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement.

4. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled times. Delays caused by lack of access may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest charges as per applicable laws.

6. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials supplied by us, subject to proper usage and maintenance.

7. Liability

Elena Electricals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
